Are Rains® jackets completely waterproof?
Yes, all Rains® outerwear is designed to withstand moderate to heavy rainfall. Our products feature a signature waterproof PU coating and ultrasonic welded seams, typically offering a water column pressure of 4000mm to 6000mm.
How should I care for and clean my Rains® products?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For machine washing, use a delicate cycle at 30°C and avoid fabric softeners or bleach. Always hang dry; never tumble dry or iron your waterproof gear.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Do you offer a warranty on your bags and apparel?
Yes, Rains® provides a 2-year manufacturing warranty on all products. This covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
