Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund. We strive to provide a seamless process to ensure your functional outerwear meets your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping bag or a similar protective box, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
